Type of Membership

Regular Member

A regular member shall approve of KPAI’s objective, be a Korean-American resident in the United States who has a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent and be currently working or have experience as a professional in the automotive industry.

Special Member

A special member should be an individual elected by a resolution of the Board of Directors among those who have a special interest in KPAI’s objectives and activities and the capability of contributing to such objectives and activities. The Board of Directors shall specify the duration of the period during which special members may participate as special members.

Honorary Member

An honorary member shall be an individual elected by a resolution of the Board of Directors among those who have made significant contribution to the achievement of KPAI’s objectives or to the advancement of technology in the automotive industry.

Student Member

Membership Fee

KPAI members have to pay membership fees annually. The membership fee is decided by the approval of the Board of Directors. You can pay
the membership fee to the Treasurer, any KPAI staff member, or through PayPal on the KPAI website.

Benefits

There are lots of benefits to being a KPAI member more than connected to Korean-American automotive society and share social and technical
experiences.

  • KPAI events: As a KPAI member, you have invited to a variety of annual KPAI events; KPAI Seminar, KPAI Annual Meeting, Year-End Party, Summer Picnic, KPAI Golf, KPAI Tennis, etc.
  • KPAI staff members are trying to expand the benefits in various ways. The detailed information will be updated soon.
